Ignite Talent Co. actively builds relationships with companies that need experienced Talent Acquisition support and brings those opportunities directly to the Collective. When a new engagement becomes available, members can raise their hand to be considered based on their experience, expertise and fit.
Our engagements are structured as monthly fractional retainers — not hourly work. And we strictly do not operate on a contingent or retained search model. The focus is on becoming a trusted extension of the client’s team and delivering meaningful impact throughout the engagement.

The Ignite Collective™ gives experienced TA professionals a place to connect, learn and continue developing their craft. Members have access to monthly workshops, expert-led learning sessions, technology and vendor demos, shared resources and a trusted community of peers who understand fractional work.
Members can also raise their hand for fractional client opportunities sourced through Ignite Talent Co. While opportunities are never guaranteed, our goal is to build a community of exceptional professionals we're proud to introduce to our clients.

The Ignite Collective™ is intentionally curated. Experience matters enormously to us, but who you are and how you operate matters just as much.

The Collective is designed for experienced TA professionals who are intentionally building a career as fractional experts and operators. It is not a side-gig community or designed for full-time employees looking to pick up additional work.
Your application is the first step in being considered for the Ignite Collective. If selected, you'll spend your first 30 days exploring the community and experiencing what the Collective has to offer. At the end of those 30 days, you'll have the choice to continue as a paid member.
