I started my career in enterprise recruiting as a recruiter and sourcer before moving into early-stage technology startups, where I've spent most of my career. I've been a Recruiting team of one, Founding Recruiter, Head of Talent, and Head of People, building TA functions from the ground up while remaining hands-on in full-cycle recruiting. My experience includes developing hiring strategies, building recruiting processes and infrastructure, and partnering with founders and leadership teams to scale hiring across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Sales & Revenue, Marketing, Creative, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
