Shafali is a technical recruiting leader with nearly two decades of experience building engineering and technical teams at some of the most recognizable names in tech — from an 8+ year run at Google recruiting Java and C++ engineers, to DAQRI, Razer and THX (where she rose to Manager of Talent Acquisition over a 4-year tenure), to Stitch Fix, Meta, and most recently as Lead Technical Recruiter for the Rivian/Volkswagen Group Technologies joint venture. She's a true business partner to hiring teams: she doesn't just listen and execute, she advises with data and respectfully pushes back when it's warranted. A hands-on sourcer at heart, she thrives on hard-to-fill roles and has built a career around setting up scalable systems so teams can hire smarter, not just faster, as hiring ramps up.
