Rachel Blanton has spent more than 15 years building and scaling global talent acquisition functions for high-growth and recognized brands. She’s led executive hiring, built recruiting infrastructure from the ground up, and implemented systems that drive sustainable hiring traction — not just short-term wins.

Over time, Rachel saw the same challenge repeat itself: growth-stage companies needed senior recruiting leadership but weren’t ready for a full-time executive hire. At the same time, experienced recruiters wanted flexibility without sacrificing credibility or impact.
